A few accented charakters or non-latin-charakters are probably not the style native users would prefer (even Unicode-Standards sometimes aren't). Therefore the letters do look differently on screen! If you want to see how it might look printed, choose at least 600% zoom. Please do not forget, that Hinting changes the letterforms to fit the screen pixels. You may want to try the OTF-files instead of TTF to achieve a better displaytion. Please note that Hinting isn't always the best way for rendering on screen (especially on Linux-systems).
